Finance Analyst - Corporate
Enterprise House, Ashford
A Finance Analyst role to support the Finance Manager for Hospitality and Growth with a particular focus on the growth area of the business. The successful candidate will, on a day to day basis, monitor, evaluate and report on the new business pipeline and track the performance of successful against their expected position. There will be an opportunity for the candidate to have an active involvment in developing and advancing the FE model and linking with supply chain to ensure to accurate presentation of data. The ideal candidate will be able to work with and challenge a variety of different stakeholders of both finance and non finance backgrounds
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

- Production and review of robust Budgets and Forecasts with Corporate team
- Provision, analysis and interpretation of weekly and monthly reports to enable Corporate performance to be monitored and enhanced
- Provide weekly flash and monthly forecasts of income streams, product waste and staff costs
- Close liaison with Corporate Directors and senior management to help identify trends, new opportunities, underperformance and such other issues as may enhance the performance and profitability of the business
- Ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures to deliver tight financial control
- Involvement in ad hoc projects and queries as required by the Head of Finance and other senior management

The Person
Knowledge, Skills, Experience

- Qualified with a recognised professional Finance qualification
- Project Management- several at once
- Advanced level MS Excel skills
- Stakeholder Management
- Reactive & Adaptable
- Extremely Organised
- Experience with Contract/Compliance and Pipelines/Profitability
- Knowledge of SAP and BW / MIS would be advantageous
- Experience in a similar Corporate environment would be useful
