I am looking for an Investment Analyst desirably with real estate experience to work alongside Investment Associates within the Investment Management team in managing existing joint ventures and transacting new opportunities.

The role will be split between providing analytical and fund management support to existing joint ventures in the UK and Ireland, as well as working on transacting new opportunities across EMEA, with a focus on deal underwriting, financial modelling, due diligence review (e.g. real estate, tax, structuring, debt).

The role offers the candidate the opportunity to grow with and be an integral part of a rapidly expanding business in an evolving sector.

Much of the work is self-appointed, and requires a medium to high degree of day to day autonomy.


* To own financial modelling tasks associated with fund management of existing joint ventures such as quarterly reporting, business planning, and scenario analysis.
* To support the underwrite of new acquisitions, disposals and re-financings in existing joint ventures.
* To support new acquisitions in new ventures by owning the financial modelling process from the indicative offer stages to completion, as well as reviewing due diligence and integrating into business plans.
* To undertake and support market research to support portfolio performance and new acquisition rationale.

Experience and knowledge

* Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate or investment environment
* Financial modelling experience
* Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in surveying, economics, accounting, business or equivalent
* Excellent written and spoken English - any other language spoken in Europe will be an advantage.
* Experience working with diversity and in different markets

* Student or hospitality industry experience
* Knowledge of operational real estate
* Experience with fund and / or joint venture structuring
