The candidate will need to be able to work proactively to ensure key information is provided by the teams, and maintain a master tracking system (Excel based) that is shared with the client on a monthly basis. The candidate will also need to have an ability to build strong relationships with key team members to ensure they are providing the required information in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating with team and workstream leads to manage monthly financial processes such as revenue tracking and invoicing
Ensuring key internal and client-facing documents and systems are maintained accurately (e.g. finance database and finance tracker)
Acting as a main point of contact and liaising with multiple teams/accounts across, so a consolidated picture can be presented to clients including Procurement teams
Managing monthly invoicing for 4+ agencies, and keeping accurate records of billing to date against POs
Managing inter-agency financial processes including development of interagency contracts and tracking revenue transfers
Supporting the team to provide figures to management on a monthly basis, feeding into quarterly forecasting and supporting team in finalising all processes in time for end of year financial reporting
General
Extremely well organised with a strong attention to detail
Financial acumen and strong numeracy/accounting skills
Competent in the use of Excel (intermediate level ability as a minimum)
Able to work independently
Ability to build strong relationships with internal staff and external stakeholders, including senior Procurement leads
Solution-focused with proven abilities to problem solve
Excellent time management to meet financial/reporting deadlines
