A leading membership organisation and regulatory body (within the medical/health field) in the heart of London's City is currently recruiting for a Senior Programme Manager to work within their Quality Improvement Department (Accreditations).

This is a full-time permanent role paying, £49,907 per annum + excellent benefits!

Core duties of the Senior Programme Manager:

- Support the programme managers to deliver work on time, within budget and to a high standard
- Provide training, support, supervision, appraisals and coaching to the programme managers
- Attend regular meetings with the senior leads and managers to make decisions regarding the management and development of the department
- Work with the programme managers, project teams and other stakeholders
- Ensure publications, reports, webpages and other communication outputs are engaging
- Represent and promote through high level meetings and collaborative working with professional regulatory bodies, voluntary sector and funders
- Design and deliver presentations, workshops, training sessions and national events
- Deputise for other Senior Programme Managers and the Senior Associate Director of the department where required

The Senior Programme Manager will most likey have/be:

- Graduate calibre: social sciences/health sciences/similar discipline
- Experience of conducting clinical audit/quality improvement
- Strong management experience within a health quality organisation, public sector services or similar
- Proven experience monitoring multiple budgets
- Demonstrable project management experience
- Experience of managing a committee, e.g. stakeholder’s committee
- Proven experience of report writing and editing and writing papers for publication
- Good working knowledge of MS Office packages
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of statistics and managing large databases and controlling data quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
