Digital Office Systems are looking to recruit an IT Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• Educated to degree or equivalent work experience.

• 2-5 years’ experience in an IT Support Role.

• Microsoft Server 2012 & 2016, Microsoft Exchange 2016, SQL server, MS Office 2016, Sophos Cloud Antivirus and Swyx telephony certification would be advantageous.

• Knowledge of network security, data backups, NAS Drives and Document Management.

• Customer facing and will be asked to assist in the delivery and installation of MFD/Printer scanners.

• Ability to provide quotes for network support and installations along with specifying equipment to be used.

• Knowledge of networking, including but not limited to TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory, Exchange & VOIP.

• A working knowledge of MAC OSX would be advantageous.
• Experience working in a customer driven I.T. environment providing support remotely in the main but also on-site.

• Provide technical assistance to the sales and operations teams in a clear and understandable manner to help them provide a good customer experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated problem solving ability.

• A full clean UK driving license will be required for site visits
