Rate of pay: £8.75ph
Working hours: Monday-Friday 35 hours per week

Location: Moulton Park Northampton

Within this role, PPI has a Triage function - you will be sorting incoming work into the relevant system queues. As with enquiries, new complaints & duplicates are packaged to establish customer status, products and whether there were associated PPI policies.
Whilst these are admin tasks, you will need to be able to make decisions, assess which products you should be considering, verify signatures and check customer authorities to deal with third parties are valid. This role includes verbal customer contact, decision making, data entry, payments and letter production.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

Competencies: Timeliness, reliable, attention to detail, to be able to solve problems and follow structured processes, strong communication skills are essential.

Values: Team player, hard working

Experience: Customer service experience, recent PPI knowledge is desirable but not essential
