We are pleased to be working with an award winning client currently recruiting for an Account Co-Ordinator to join their expanding team!
Role- To provide daily office based support within the Customer Services Team in order to deliver a high quality service to Sales Force, internal departments and Insurance Providers.

Creation of new business records; client contact information, product selection and financial records to the company’s database
Updating client records following the annual renewal activity
Handling of inbound/outbound calls to customer, providers and third party’s
Working daily with colleagues to collectively agree work priorities and complete within service level agreements
Providing support to any given work activity during staff absence or peak times
Act as a referral point to all customers to field queries and provide information within the remit of the job to reach a satisfactory conclusion
Handling of complaints prior to escalation
Planning , organising and delivery of all set responsibilities across any given working month
Monitoring and involvement with own training and development needs.
Actively contribute towards own performance reviews.
Support new recruits into the team
Delegation of tasks where appropriate
Adhoc project work
Experience:

Sound knowledge of working with databases
Excellent written, numeracy & analytical skills
Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level)
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to build effective relationships
Ability to identify and deliver alternative solutions in a crisis situation
Working with change
Financial /Customer Services
