Customer Service Advisor £16,500

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join this busy and productive team. The main objective of the role is to advice and support External Customers.

· To provide customers with a prompt, efficient, reliable and accurate service in a courteous manner via varies methods - face to face, over the phone, or via emails and letters. To be proficient in using the internal systems and maintain good, orderly records within agreed service levels, whilst working alone or as part of a larger team.

· You will need to be a versatile individual who can adapt to many situations and switch between tasks, as well as being able to work on your own initiative.
· You must have strong administration, numeracy and Excel skills and be able to prioritise your workload.
· You will be a good listener who can communicate well at all levels, with the ability to maintain composure and professionalism whilst dealing with all customers. Relevant experience in a similar customer service role would be advantageous.

· At least 4 GCSE grade C or higher (English and Maths essential)
· Relevant experience within a similar customer service role would be an advantage, although on the job training will be supplied as necessary for all processes and systems
· Should have very good communication skills; written and verbal communication
· Should be able to communicate across all levels and at times cross culturally
· Should have good listening skills and patience when dealing with customers
· Should be able to maintain composure and professionalism
· Good numeracy and excel skills and can handle a lot of data at a good pace.
· Analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
· Strong administration skills and good time management and planning skills
· Should be proactive and able to work on their own initiative
