Do you want to coordinate the marketing for a company dedicated to providing excellent support for Part Exchange, Assisted Move and New Plot Sales?

This organisation works with clients to take the time and stress out of moving and buying property. They achieve this by managing the whole process for their clients, from initial valuations to the completed probate. This business believes in clear communication with their clients, which means they receive regular reports, updates and no hidden charges or fees.

This company approach works so well for their customer as they only pay one fee for the support of three local agents as well as access to the UK’s leading house builders and this is not even paid until their property has sold.

Due to the continued success of this company and their excellent services they are expanding and now want to bring on a Marketing Coordinator to support this growth. They need someone that similarly embodies the company’s passion towards the property market and creating professional relationships. This role will be focused towards managing the company’s client’s large portfolio of properties ensuring marketing that they are sold at the best possible price.

This is a Monday-Friday position and there are a number of benefits working for this company. They are offering a generous salary between £18,000-£20,000 (DOE). Additionally, they want to grow you as an individual, encouraging you to develop your skills and career as part of this fantastic company.

Key responsibilities:

· Maintain and develop strong relationships with the company’s clients, potential purchasers and estate agents.

· Communicate regularly with estate agents in order to compile a thorough report for clients.

· Contact customers and provide updates on the marketing activities for their properties.

· Gather accurate and detailed information regarding offers made to ensure they have received the best achievable amounts.

· Supporting both client and customer in the buying/selling process.

· Ensure that any potential buyers are financially qualified and vetted through the company’s systems.

· Keep a client daily log that is accurate and up to date when required.

· Communicate with the Account team to update them with any offers made and other relevant activities.

About you:

· Strong experience as an estate agent.

· Great interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate regular updates with clients.

· To have a strong awareness of changes and development in the housing industry.

· Highly organised and motivated to ensure the selling of properties is carried out effectively.

· Self-motivated and able to meet changing workloads on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

· Continually exploring ways to improve yourself and the company work.

· Driven to learn and grow within each position to progress your career as part of a fantastic company.
