This time, we are on the hunt for a Projects Coordinator to join our fast growing organisation and E-learning team. This is a great opportunity for anyone with a keen interest in working on some high profile client projects.

Reporting directly to our Course Programming Lead & Head of Education the Project Coordinator will be responsible for the ensuring that E-learning projects are delivered to a high standard in conjunction with internal and customer requirements.

You will be responsible for producing project plans and scheduling the relevant teams required to complete the projects, such as Design, Programming & Education.

For client projects, excellent communication is vital (both verbal and written) to ensure the relationship runs smoothly and that client requirements are delivered within the agreed timeframes.

The objectives of the Projects Coordinator, are:
• Prepare accurate project plans for each project
• Track all projects against the plan to ensure they are being delivered within time frames required
• Ensure clients are happy with project deliverables and client expectations are met at all times
• Maintain professional and effective communication with clients and other project stakeholders, providing relevant and regular updates on the project
• Ensuring departments are made aware and reminded of key dates and handover deadlines throughout the project
• Throughout the e-learning project, ensure information provided to you from other departments is communicated correctly and efficiently to the client

• Before communicating to CPL departments, ensure all information provided from the client is understood and collated
• Work under the direction of the Course Development Lead to ensure projects are kept within the budget set
• With the guidance of the Course Development Lead, adapt the project plans and processes to fit both the clients and CPL department’s needs depending on the project requirements
• Adapt and manipulate course material from one format to another
• Attend meeting with other departments
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Arrange regular client meetings if required
• Any other reasonable duties as requested

To be a good Projects Coordinator at CPL, you’ll need:

• Experience of working within a Projects, Account Management or scheduling role
• Excellent organisational skills in managing multiple workloads and documentation
• Strong communication skills to update, relevant departments, clients and key stakeholders in a professional, clear manner
• Strong attention to the details of client and system requirements
• Competent in Microsoft products, such as Word and Excel
• A Project Management qualification/certification such as PRINCE2 or similar training would be desirable but not essential

Details you need to know:

SALARY: £16,000 - £18,000 dependent upon experience, plus pension and private healthcare
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent upon successful completion of probation period
HOURS: 9.00am – 5.30pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break, although occasional overtime may be required when working on high profile projects.
