In order to occupy this Early Years Teacher post you should be a purposeful and passionate educator who can utilise their modern pedagogical techniques to engage with students. The school is hoping for an Early Years Teacher who can work effectively within a team and is willing to listen to guidance and support from their colleagues.
As an Early Years Teacher you will be teaching one of the Early Years classes alongside a team of committed teaching assistants.
