My client provides software and support to the financial services industry and are currently looking to bring in an experienced 1st/2nd line support consultant to support external clients. You will have experience of working in a first line role previously and dealing with calls from external clients and trying to fix their issues as first point of contact. In your role you may have to download their database to fix issues so you should have good SQL skills. You will be fully trained on the products they offer and also the process for fixing and escalating calls and where they need to go. You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to prioritise your own workload , multi task and manage your own time efficiently
