General Description:

The Product Support Field Engineer works has responsibility for
the carrying out quality improvement campaigns for our client at customer sites across the United Kingdom. The job holder is expected to interact with the customer in order to complete the task & report fully that jobs have been competed in line with workshop instructions.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. To ensure the carry out scheduled campaigns on customer vehicles at appropriate customer
2. To carry out tasks in line with workshop instructions.
3. To work evenings on site ensuring customer H&S regulations are adhered to at all times.
4. To accurately report that all work has been carried out, vehicle numbers recorded and reported
to head office daily.
5. To ensure that all jobs issued are completed within the given timescales
6. Any other duty as directed by the operations manager

Experience, knowledge & skills

Previous mechanical experience of working with buses and commercial
Proven ability to work off of own initiative
Excellent verbal communication skills.

40 Hours per week (depending on workload)
£30.00 daily expense allowance
Van with necessary tools supplied.
Overnight accommodation at Premier Inn
