Project Manager with engine experience. Due to increased Projects an experienced Project Manager Senior Project Engineer is needed.

Engine Project Manager Role:

Create, maintain, and implement project plans to launch new, modified and derivative Products.

Review incoming change requests from divisions, OEM sales, purchasing and others and determine the best plan to deal with it.

Cross functional co-ordination to achieve the plans (includes Design, Development, Controls/Calibration, finance, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, test operations & service).

Ensure APQP/Gate NPIP disciplines are applied and used to drive activities.

Regular machine division reviews to agree actions and track progress to plan.

Run a regular project meeting to communicate and co-ordinate activities.

Ensure all launch/are we ready activities completed.

Expedite and escalate actions required to deliver to plan.

Ensure BOM's in place and line/proto builds supported as required.

Support test activities with PWR/support information.

Engine Project Manager Requirements:

Engineering Degree alongside proven industry post-graduate experience preferred.

Industry specific experience will be highly considered for this role.

Demonstrate Project Capability - planning, cross function working, administration, influence people.

Self-Starter with strong communication skills.

Demonstrate understanding of New Product Introduction and APQP processes.

Ability to travel to Europe and India if required.
