Person Specification

This role requires a purposeful KS1 NQT Teacher who has previously taught or worked directly with pupils who have Special Educational Needs and a demonstrable track record of 'Good' or better teaching. The ideal KS1 NQT Teacher will have a strong desire to share their knowledge and experience to educate and inform children of all ages. You will have a quick moving approach and outlook and a creative flair when delivering lessons.

About the Role

In this KS1 NQT Teacher post you will be leading a Year 1 class of 27 bright, active pupils. You will have the responsibility of increasing your skillset and developing through a leading CPD program and developing a range of stimulating and innovative lesson plans. Your responsibilities as KS1 NQT Teacher will include working hard from day one to develop and improve your teaching, you will be able to draw on the advice and input of a dedicated mentor who will be an experienced member of the existing teaching staff.
