My client is a forward thinking and progressive company specialising in mortgage and financial services and is currently offering a brilliant chance to join the expanding and newly established team of case reviewer professionals. My client is one of the UK`s largest mortgage brokers and preferred business partners for many mortgage brokers and financial advisors across the country. The company is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the team in the Basildon area with very sociable working hours on offer on a Monday - Friday basis, 9am- 5pm.

As a Business Standard Assessor (Case Reviewer) you will be working on your own innovative however surrounded by an incredibly enthusiastic and motivating team, your role within the business is as follows;

- Checking quarterly files (checking the number of files indicated by your weekly target, completing all associated spreadsheets correctly)
- Checking remedial work (once advisors have notified you remedial work is completed, further checks need to take place and record results as required)
- Customer service (responding to all queries via e-mail, telephone and face to face. It is important calls are answered quickly and dealt with efficiently)
- MI otherwise known as mortgage insurance (ensuring quality of sales and any clerical errors and severity levels MI is ready for business)
- Compliance MI (collating and checking various MI from the system as required)
- Sharepoint (full training provided of bespoke system, reporting to the business standards manager and inputting all data of completed sales and compliance 121`s, development plans, CBT`s, observations, role plays and file reviews for audit purposes)
- CPD`s (Distributing CPD`s and checking all content to ensure accuracy)

Requirements:

- Confident in the use of all Microsoft packages including Excel and Word
- Previous career experience in the financial services sector is desirable
- A CeMAP Qualification would be beneficial to your application for this role and experience for compliance
