About Our Client Reputable Mechanical business who focus on Servicing, Maintenance and repairs to Domestic/residential, commercial and industrial contracts in the North East (Leeds)

Job Description The Domestic Gas Engineer will be required to:

- Carry out servicing and safety inspections on gas appliances and central heating systems for a range of customers
- Carry out maintenance, repairs and diagnosing faults on a wide range of gas appliances and systems
- Carry out installations of boilers or full central heating systems and in addition, complete full survey appointments for this type of work
- Be included in the 'Out of Hours' callout rota. This involves being on standby (with additional standby pay and time on appointments being paid at time and a half)
- You may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as the company may reasonably require

The Successful Applicant The Successful Domestic Gas Engineer will be GASAFE registered.

Have a proven track record working in the property, commercial and housing industry.

Full Driving licence and living in the North East region (Leeds).

ACS Gas Safe Registered:

CCN 1/CPA1: Core Gas Safety

CENWAT 1: Central Heating Boilers

CPA 1: Combustion Performance Analysis

CKR 1: Domestic Cookers

HTR 1: Gas Fires and Wall Heaters

MET 1: Meters

DAH 1: Warm Air Heating Appliances

NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (desirable)
