Call Logger/ Call Scheduler/ Customer Services Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a call logger/ call scheduler/ customer services administrator to join fast growing dynamic organisation based at their prestigious offices in Aldermaston

Key Accountabilities
*Liaise with customers to schedule engineer appointments
*Process documents ensuring all correspondence is dealt with accurately,
efficiently and in a timely manner
*Analytical approach to managing internal and external queries
*Ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment
*Be a decisive and creative thinker with the ability to think outside the
*Assist colleagues and management with additional tasks as and when required

Knowledge & Experience

*Experience working within a customer helpdesk environment
*Experienced in delivering client focused solutions
*Experience of working with CRM systems and MS office suite essential
*Good geography skills

*Experience working within a technical helpdesk environment
*Experience scheduling engineers
*Experience working within the utilities sector

Candidates will work as part of a rota 8-16.30, or 9- 5.30pm

N.B candidates must be able to drive as the offices are not near public transport.
