About the team

The Deals Tax M&A team in London is the largest specialist team in the PwC worldwide M&A network with over 150 partners and staff. It has the leading reputation in the market with an enviable client list that includes leading private equity funds, corporate groups, sovereign wealth funds and pension fund clients.

The team is focused on advising on a wide range of UK and international transactions including acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, disposals, IPOs, public-to-private transactions, refinancing and restructuring. Many of the transactions we advise on are high-profile in nature and offer tremendous opportunities for learning and development.

The team consists of a forward thinking and pragmatic group of people who enjoy working in a challenging environment. The dynamic ‘deal-based’ nature means a lot of the work in M&A will present the opportunity to work with leading investment banks and law firms in complex and often high-profile deals.

We have an exciting opportunity for a number of Senior Associates to join our M&A Tax team in London.

About the team

  • Tax Modelling, to simulate models of future tax liabilities for Groups to help our clients make informed economic decisions, factoring in recent tax developments and changes to legislation, and shape their business strategy.
  • Pre and post deal services, including assisting clients with pre-acquisition re-structuring and implementing new tax planning ideas.
