You will have: Experience as a Business Analyst on Software Development projects or an interest in Software with experience in Investments & Trading or Lending & Credit within Banking A passion for Business Analysis within Software Development and the drive to take your career as far as you can in this field Work collaboratively to develop requirements, technical & functional specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution that are appropriate to business requirements in terms of quality cost and time-scale Demonstrable experience of time management in a relevant fast paced industry Strong engagement skills, ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to get the information you need Workshop facilitation experience Strong requirements gathering experience, able to use varied skill base to tease out required information and push back with key stakeholders when necessary in such a manor as to forge and build strong relationships Have strong documentation skills and proven track record in raising high quality, concise documents Be articulate, able to convey thoughts concisely both written and oral Have a naturally inquisitive mind who enjoys developing a deep understanding of the full lifecycle of a programme My client is known for investing in staff and progressing from within, to be part of this supportive culture please send your CV.
