Due to continuing success and expansion of their Client base and theirdesire to offer First Class Support, they are looking to expand theirTechnical Support Team with a Junior Technical Support Advisor. The rolewill involve dealing with Clients, over the telephone, email or online,logging and resolving faults with their IT and Telephony, configurationof Telephony and IT equipment, working with other members of theTechnical Support Team. The role is Customer facing so a good telephone manner and writtenskills are essential, a positive attitude, willing to learn new skillsand an interest in Technology. Full training will be given to thesuccessful candidate to support Clients across their full ProductPortfolio and to learn the skills required to progress within theirTechnical Team. Key Responsibilities - Ensure all faults are dealt with in SLA and resolved efficiently. - Ensure all records for faults are kept up to date and details arerecorded correctly. - Ensure all access records are promptly updated internally and whererequired to external partners and to other departments. - Ensuring customers are updated on faults in a timely and correct manner. - Ensure our SLA's with Customers are met. - Ensuring all chargeable work is charged out when required. Person Specification: Essential: - Good Telephone Manner - Good written skills - IT Skills, Word Excel - Interest in Technology - Willing to learn and take direction Desirable: Entry level IT Qualifications Hours: 40 hours per week. Salary and benefits: 15,000 to 17,000 dependent upon experience. 21 days annual holiday + 8 bank holidays Pension with Employer contributions - provided by Dice BROADBAND, INTERNET, SLA
