WithinBaxi Heating UK we have a fantastic opportunity for a Market Manager on the Specification / Commercial side of the Business. Here you will be responsible for the development, management, implementation and measurement of the marketing activities for the Potterton and Potterton Commercial brands and productranges for our specification and commercial audiences. You will also be part of a great marketing team!. The Market Manager Role:- Delivering integrated marketing campaigns to customers, delivering value and return on investments whilst monitoring and evaluating marketing activities. Market Manager Role Requirements will include:- Development, implementation, management and measurement of marketing plans that are data and insight driven and, covering all channels eg. direct marketing (segmentation), PR, digital, social, collateral, advertising, events, telemarketing and research in line with the commercial marketing strategy and individual brand strategies. Understanding the commercial drivers for the brand and by channel and translating these into fully integrated, targeted and segmented marketing plans. Responsible for the brand management of Potterton and Potterton Commercial ensuring consistent brand representation amongst internal and external customers. Implementation of marketing campaigns with key partners. Management of external agencies and suppliers, engagement with key stakeholders across the business, administration of budgets in line with company policies and procedures, monitoring of spend, invoice matching and accruals. Your Skills:- As Market Manager you will be supported by experience of:- Proven experience within a B2B marketing role, preferably with experience in the specification and commercial sectors. An excellent communicator, organiser, with an excellent eye for detail. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the group, external agencies, suppliers and key partners. An understanding of the importance of targeted and tailored marketing planning and the value of effective campaign performance. Business studies qualified or a recognised professional marketing qualification. The Package:- As reward for the Market Manager role you will receive a competitive basic salary, car, 25 Days holiday, Pension Scheme, plus more. The position will be permanent and the working hoursare Monday to Thursday 08.30 – 17.00 and 08:30 - 16.30 on a Friday.
