Reed HR are currently working with a Civil Service Organisation to recruit for a HR Systems Officer on a project for a Fixed Term of 12 months.

This role will take the lead in implementing and maintaining the new iTrent HR system, where you will be the lead user and main point of contact for any and all queries, be responsible for the system upkeep, ongoing maintenance, and any administration tasks required.

Your role will take on, but are not limited to, the following responsibilities:

- Maintain and develop core HR systems including organisation and team structures, performance management, employee records, payroll coordination, joiner and leaver processes, and all employee records.

- Support the HR team on the delivery of HR system implementation, including extracting, and formatting data for the new system to ensure a smooth transition.

- Support in the design and delivery of training for Managers and creating a user friendly guide for all employees.

- Collaborate and prepare accurate HR MI reports for a wide range of HR and Organisational requirements, ensuring complete accuracy at all times. You will also need to audit the new system as required on occasion.

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is fluent with iTrent and has implemented this system previously. You will also have good knowledge of Business Objects, and a keen eye for detail, as accuracy at all times is key!

You will be confident enough to stand on your own two feet, and drive this implementation from the front with support from the HR team as required.
