Desktop Support Engineer
Duration: Full Time/Permanent
RZ Group has been tasked to find an experienced Desktop Support Engineer. The role will require someone with excellent problem solving skills who can work individually as well as part of a team.
Responsible for delivering IT capabilities and service delivery models with our clients IT departments. Deliver IT Services to 1700+ users operating across 15 UK sites. With over 60 staff based at 6 locations.
* Communicate between various IT functions which is in line with Technology Services
* Ensure that all team members receive appropriate support
* Maintain high standards of technical performance
* Experience of Service Desk, and End User Services
* Knowledge of Infrastructure & Applications Services
* Knowledge and experience of IT Business Operations including relationship management
* Stakeholder management
* Gathering requirements and budgets for IT Services projects
* Self-starter with willingness to learn from colleagues
* Able to work individually as well as part of a team
* Excellent personable and communication skills
* Dynamic and flexible "can-do" attitude
