My client is currently looking to appoint a highly organised and confident Operations Coordinator to join their busy and growing Operations department.

To be considered for the role, you must be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and also able to cope under pressure and work to strict deadlines. Experience within some kind of Engineering / Construction / Manufacturing background would be an advantage

Main duties & responsibilities;

  • Look after a small team of Engineers across the UK - assigning their daily workload / jobs
  • Assign customer breakdowns to the correct geographical team within the required time scale
  • Ensure the team is performing at a good level and all ongoing and completed work is accurately logged
  • Produce and follow up customer quotations and all required paperwork
  • Ensure Engineers' vehicles are adequately maintained and stocked with basic kits, also organising any MOT or service work on the vehicle as required
  • Produce and process Engineers' time sheets and manage any holiday requests, ensuring adequate cover

You must be able to work effectively within a team and assist in other areas as required

Working hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (additional hours as required)

The client offers an excellent working environment, onsite parking and annual Christmas shut down (holidays to be saved for this)
