This company is a busy online retailer with over 6000 products in stock, they are growing at a fantastic pace, we are looking for a customer service agent to work in a team to help further develop their business

They are looking for a reliable honest and committed person, who has the ability to work fast and under pressure at busy times, to work within the team and on their own. The candidate must be computer literate as the role is computer based.

The majority of their trade comes from EBAY and Amazon marketplaces so they would prefer someone with experience on these market places. They are expanding this year with 3 new marketplaces and developing a new website they have their own brands which rank high on amazon and will be expanding their product range in 2018

The role would involve on a daily basis replying to customer queries that are sent thru the eBay, amazon, emails, wowcher and website queries and dealing with the query in a professional and timely manner, the role is very important as the candidate is the only point of contact the customer has with the business, customer retention is very important and for the customer to be satisfied with the outcome.

Job Description

- Replying to customer queries on eBay & amazon UK using reply manager software
- Replying to customer queries thru amazon.com and amazon US sites and Amazon EU sites
- Managing customer returns on a daily basis
- Answering the phone and dealing with customer requirements
- Using payment gateways to take orders over the phone
- Hours are 8:30-4:30 Mon-Fri includes 30min lunch break
- During peak periods October-December some weekend and overtime work will be required
- Reporting to the manager on a frequent basis to outline issues customers are facing

Ideal candidate
- Computer literacy is essential to the role
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ebay and Amazon experience
- Ability to use google or Bing translate
- Knowledge of European languages preferred but by no means essential
- Some experience of customer service rolls is beneficial but not a necessity
- Is able to work under pressure during busy months
