We are delighted to be working with this new client who are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef who has a passion for event catering including conferences and weddings.
Recently taken over; the property is stunning, set in acres of parkland this historic hotel is steeped in character and offers a warm relaxing ambience.
The Head Chef has a fantastic reputation in Suffolk having worked in many fine dining establishments and building strong loyal brigades
- Working in a large kitchen we need a Senior Sous who can run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, a strong chef who is consistent and articulate..
- With occupancy improving month on month you will need to work with the Head Chef to ensure all areas of the business are serviced to a high standard.
- Working within a brigade of 8 chefs you will be a great communicator with a proven track record in fresh food cooking.
- With a 60 cover restaurant and function facilities for up to 200 guests you must be happy to manage your work load, ensure all prep is in order and manage the health & hygiene in the kitchen

- 5/ 7 Days per week
