Chef De Partie
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Chef De Partie to join this ambitious kitchen in a beautiful restaurant with rooms in Holt.
As Chef De Partie you will be working under the direction of the Head Chef and Sous Chef, to coordinate a section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to the pre set standards in a safe and hygienic manner. The shift pattern will include evenings and weekends.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident CDP looking for a new challenge in one of the most beautiful parts of Norfolk.
What we need from you;
- NVQ 1, 2 and 3 desirable but not essential.
- This is a full time position, which will include working evenings and weekends.
- Essentially you will be confident working with a fresh ingredient list and be able to create dishes to company spec time after time.
