Job Description

Due to continued rapid growth, Optime Group are excited to be making another addition to our Head Office team in Crawley. We are looking for a concientious Office Administrator with a keen eye for detail to support our referencing team. The role offers great hours, great perks and the opportunity to work with an exciting, young business.

What's on Offer:

  • Hours: 08:30-17:00
  • Days: Monday - Friday
  • Salary: £18,000 - £19,000

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting our compliance team by obtaining work references for successful candidates
  • Keeping our database up-to-date with relevant candidate information
  • Using email and telephone to keep candidates informed of their referencing process

The ideal candidate:

  • Fantastic work ethic
  • Great telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills - Written and verbal
  • Experience of using computer programs such as Excel and Outlook
  • Works well in a team
