Job DescriptionA leading National House Builder are looking to recruit a Technical Coordinator to work from their Banbury office and work in the Engineering & Technical team.
The role:
You will work as a Technical Coordinator for a variety of House building projects across the region and will control and co-ordinate all technical information between external consultants and internal departments. You will ensure all approvals are obtained and information received issued to allow for a programmed start on site. You will understand, implement and adhere to SHEQ policy and strategy
Reporting to the Engineering Manager the main duties will include:-

Technical Coordinator Responsible to - Technical Manager, Location - Banbury, Oxfordshire.
Main Objectives of the Post :-
- Responsible for co-ordinating consultants for completing the technical design packages on a number of developments throughout the operating region.
Duties and Responsibilities -
- Obtaining planning decisions
- Discharging planning conditions
- Co-ordinating S38, S278 and S104 Agreements
- Co-ordinating estates completions and adoptions
- Co-ordinating provision of utilities mains and services
- Dealing with current building regulations and NHBC standards

The Person:
You will worked as a Technical Coordinator or similar role in a house building environment.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience within a similar role in the industry with a proven track record in delivering to an agreed programme.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience of building relationships with clients/customers
IT skills including Microsoft packages (advanced knowledge)
Computer literate in MS Office

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Positive and Proactive attitude.
