My client is looking for someone to be able to make real changes and leave a legacy in the company. You will be offered a unique opportunity to change the way PV reporting works within this large company, when have you ever found a large company that lets you take control and shape your department?

Based in harlow they are looking for someone with an extensive history in PV, you will be the subject matter expert for the company and as such must have relative experience in the field. With this extensive experience you will actively be assessing their current operations in PV and AE reporting from thier healthcare team and the process in which it reaches their Pharmaceutical funders. You will be offered the opportunity to rework the systems, putting in place better practices in order to ensure that they progress to having Indsutry leading processes. You will be able to make real changes that will effect the entire company, a unique experience, so many companies of this size have long standing processes but here you can set in place your own legacy.

You will start with a small team of 3-4 direct but with potential to grow both personally and in terms of team members if you feel that is what is best for the department. Speaking of the department, they operate a open office environment, allowing you to be on the front line with your team, mentoring and working face to face with everyone, creating a fantastic environment to learn and collaborate on various projects.

  • Extensive background in Pharmacovigilance
  • Show qualities and examples of leadership with a team
  • Able to identify, assess, balance and proactively manage risks from any conflicts between commercial pressures
