This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive and well known brand in their Grantham office as an Acquisition Negotiator.
The successful candidate will be expected to identify acquisition opportunities, to be purchased by and negotiate the initial stage and support the Franchise Owner to a successful completion.
The individual will need to have
a clear sense of direction and be confident of doing the right things at the right time. The successful candidate will be someone who can put together and complete on large scale business deals, does not have to have estate agency experience.
Communication is key. Speaking to prospective clients, selling the brand concepts and ensure clients understand the way forward. Maintaining relationships with other departments is imperative, along with working within a team. This is a high trust role, maintaining records of sensitive information.
The character of the candidate is highly important, as this is a small but high pressure team to time limits. Deals are almost always time critical.
