Packaged Bank Account Claim Adviser
We are looking to recruit a number of Claim Advisors to work within our Packaged Bank Account Reclaim department.
Banks were found to be mis-selling packaged bank accounts to customers. The bank accounts were supposed to come with benefits such as mobile phone insurance and roadside assistance but due to the banks not carrying out the correct checks at point of sale customers were being sold products and services that would either be invalid or not required.
As a result customers are able to claim back the monthly fees that they have paid.
Your role will be to contact individuals that have had a Packaged Bank Account in the past, identify whether they are eligible to claim, and if they are, complete a Complaint Questionnaire with them. You will then be responsible for sending the relevant paperwork to the customer and ensuring that they complete it in a timely manner.
This role requires individuals that enjoy the challenge of a sales targeted role whilst being able to offer a high level of customer service and the ability to interpret customers comments and formulate them into an accurate and effective complaint letter.
