Health & Safety / CDM Consultant
CDM / Health & Safety Consultant opportunity in the West Midlands. The role is based out of offices in Solihull but will require some travel across the region.
We're looking for a Health & Safety Consultant from a Construction background. You must also have experience of the Principle Designer role and CDM advisory services. A NEBOSH certificate is highly desirable as well as APS accreditation ideally. You will be working on a range of different projects developing design risk management schedules and working closely with the designers / contractors to minimise design risks. You will also undertake pre-construction information packs and any other CDM related documentation as appropriate.
This is very much a client facing role where you will also be required to attend design team and project meetings so great communication skills are essential and you must be able to build and maintain strong client relationships. The role will offer good variety as our client works with a large number of different end users in varied sectors.
