An established regional contractor is searching for a Project Manager / Contracts Manager to be based at their head office in Mansfield. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business delivering award winning new build and refurbishment projects in the East Midlands.
- Office based Project Manager / Contracts Manager position
- Managing projects from tender stage through to handover
- Managing the site based delivery teams
- Working closely with clients
This role isn't a typical site based delivery role, instead you will be involved in the early stages on projects nurturing them from tender stage through to final handover on site. You will be encouraged to lead the team and deliver projects to the upmost satisfaction of their clients ensuring repeat business.
