Job Description

1st Line IT Support - French Speaking - 6+ Months

An experienced Technical Support Analyst is required to join an IT Support Helpdesk for a European high street retailer. You will be providing 1st Line Technical Support to all staff who work within the stores in France, following an implementation of new POS software.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1st Line Technical Support to all tickets coming through from the stores located across UK, Europe and Middle East
  • Logging and resolving all incidents
  • Reporting all information relating to trends
  • Ensuring all documentation is updated, and all knowledge is shared amongst the wider team

Skills / Experience Required:

  • At least 1 year experience within 1st Line IT Support environment
  • French language skills are absolutely essential
  • Technical experience relating to MS Windows XP / 7, MS Office, printer set-up and configuration, basic network support, PC and Laptop
  • Any experience within the retail sector relating to POS Software and Hardware is highly advantageous
