1st line Support Analyst
1st Line IT Support - French Speaking - 6+ Months
An experienced Technical Support Analyst is required to join an IT Support Helpdesk for a European high street retailer. You will be providing 1st Line Technical Support to all staff who work within the stores in France, following an implementation of new POS software.
- Providing 1st Line Technical Support to all tickets coming through from the stores located across UK, Europe and Middle East
- Logging and resolving all incidents
- Reporting all information relating to trends
- Ensuring all documentation is updated, and all knowledge is shared amongst the wider team
Skills / Experience Required:
- At least 1 year experience within 1st Line IT Support environment
- French language skills are absolutely essential
- Technical experience relating to MS Windows XP / 7, MS Office, printer set-up and configuration, basic network support, PC and Laptop
- Any experience within the retail sector relating to POS Software and Hardware is highly advantageous
