Senior Marketing Manager - Retail Bank
My client is one of the largest and best known financial service and retail organisations within the UK. The company prides itself on offering a diverse range of leading financial services products in the market. For this role, I'm seeking an extremely capable marketer preferably within the FS industry - but experience of any regulated industry (telco, utilities and gaming) would also be beneficial. You need to demonstrate a background in developing marketing strategy across Brand, PR, Social, Product and Customer Communications channels. You will play a key role in defining the marketing calendar for the year across multiple channels. As a result the role will require the individual to partner with the product and proposition team to deliver the annual objectives, before feeding into the centralised marketing team who will deliver the campaigns. This is a high-profile position, where the candidate will have had a high level of exposure managing the relationships of internal and external stakeholders. You will for instance, be expected to manage the relationships of external banking partners and external agencies. One of the business' key agendas for growing is through the current process of digital transformation, this will ensure that the brand continues to be one of the leading FS product providers within the UK. The company are also in the process of developing the product proposition from one that is price lead to one that is value lead.
