What impact will you make? The Opportunity We are looking to recruit creative, ambitious and industrious individuals to join our newly formed Risk Advisory Delivery Centre (RADC) team in Cardiff. This is an exciting and new opportunity to join our fast paced and growing team at its early stages and to be at the forefront of efficient working practices for the Risk Advisory service line. Role description We are currently looking to recruit Assistant Managers/Team Leaders to join our team. The RADC was established to support the Deloitte Risk Advisory practice with the completion of core administrative and practice management related admin work. Demand for the RADC is increasing within the business and there is a need for additional Assistant Managers/Team Leaders to manage the expansion and development of our team. The core principles behind the RADC are to bring process efficiency, risk mitigation, continued growth and improvement all whilst maintaining exceptional quality. Your role in supporting the team to achieve these principles will be to manage the service delivery from the team, ensuring reliable and cost-effective working practices are maintained in support of our Risk Advisory service line and our clients. Location You will be based in the Risk Advisory Delivery Centre in our central Cardiff office. Responsibilities You will have responsibility for playing a part in the RADC management team to support the Risk Advisory practice with a comprehensive range of administrative and project management tasks and duties. You will be responsible for managing RADC workflow to ensure completion and delivery of requests is to high standards and in a timely manner. Activities include but are not limited to: Supporting and advising RADC team members through their service delivery. Coaching and developing RADC team members through regular check-ins and career conversations. Acting as overarching contact point between the Risk Advisory practice and the RADC. Understanding the RADC business and steering the team towards continual improvement. Monitoring staff wellbeing and ensuring the team stay motivated. Effectively organize staffing and resource alignment dependent on business needs. Training and developing new team members to work successfully as part of the RADC model. Building effective relationships both with clients and in the wider Risk Advisory community. A knowledge of Deloitte and HR policies and ensuring these are adhered to. Supporting Risk Advisory business units with the delivery of project support, business development and practice management related administrative tasks. Requirements To be considered for our team as an Assistant Manager/Team Leader you will be able to display: Prior client / stakeholder relationship management experience. Leadership and motivational abilities. Flexibility and adaptability to changing client and business needs. Professional and confident communication, both written and verbal.
