·Secure, manage and deliver internal and external events from concept to delivery - venue set up, catering, branding, entertainment, sign off on time and to budget
·Network, create and maintain relationships with clients to stay ahead of events
·Manage both internal and external stakeholder expectations
·Take ownership of an external events calendar
·Monitor and review events success and identify ways to improve.
·Previous experience of coordinating events
·Strong communication skills
·Knowledge of marketing activities
