Your new company
Hays are working with a global engineering company based in the West Midlands to recruit a Change Communications Manager on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role to manage the internal communications on an upcoming major development project.

Your new role
As Change Communications Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and distribution of relevant company information to stakeholders, media and employees. Ensuring that the communication processes align with strategic direction and company procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have previous experience in change management as well as creating and implementing effective communications plans, ideally within the manufacturing industry. In addition to this you will have a relevant degree and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will be offered between £60,000 - £70,000 + benefits, working on an exciting new project with this market leading company.
