Responsibilities: - Leading the Central Electrical team of around 14 colleagues in delivering a first-class repairs and maintenance service. - Managing and dynamically resourcing their empty homes process to ensure they are safe to work in. - Managing a budget of around £1.2m per annum. - Managing the performance of the Electrical team in terms of electrical repairs, testing and inspection programme and maintenance services. - Ensuring that they comply with current legislation relating to the team's activity and H&S. - Produce regular reports on your team's activities along with out-turns and actions. About you: - You will also have experience in managing a similar-size team successfully and will carry out the duties of a qualifying supervisor. - Interested candidates must also have relative experience in Electrical works, in addition to resource planning, budget management, strong relationship building and excellent customer service skills. - You must also live in a suitable location to cover their Electrical works around Birmingham, Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
