The Company: Customer Service Support (Swedish Speaking) Leading Manufacturer in Automation and Control, Global presence Full training and development ongoing within the organisation Market Leading Brand within the Automation Industry Genuine career progression paths across the business The Role: Customer Service Support (Swedish Speaking) Working within the EMEA Customer Care team of an Global Engineering company The Customer Service Support (Swedish Speaking) will be handling calls, emails, and customer queries from the companies Swedish and Danish Customers Dealing with invoice queries, raising invoices, and working on raising credits Working as part of a team of 10 other Customer Service Support Engineers The Ideal Person: Customer Service Support (Swedish Speaking) Must be fluent in the Swedish Language, both written and verbal The Customer Service Support will need to have experience working in an office environment Customer service, Customer Care, Admin experience would be advantageous If you are also able to speak Danish as well as fluent Swedish, this will be a great advantage but not essential You will have good IT and Telephone communication skills Consultant: Yasmine Shaban Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
