1st / 2nd Line / Service Desk / Helpdesk Support Engineer required for my client based near Stratford-upon-Avon for a 3 month contract, rate £12-15 p/h. My client are seeking an adaptable Engineer who can hit the ground running. You will be providing 1st / 2nd Line Support to a large internal user base, working through a back log of tickets. You should have a broad understanding of general Microsoft orientated support including: ·Windows 7-10 ·Active Directory ·Office ·General hardware troubleshooting (Printers / peripherals etc.) Ideally you will be available immediately.
