An exciting opportunity not to be missed! City of Wolverhampton College are looking for a Credit Controller to join the busy finance department based at the Wellington Road Campus in Wolverhampton. You will join us on a full time, fixed term contract (37 hours per week) and will receive a competitive salary of £21,602 - £23,582 per annum! As our Credit Controller, you will be responsible for the professional and efficient handling of receipts from, and relationships with, customers and learners. To ensure that the sales ledger operates transparent and objective procedures that are aligned with the values of the College Key responsibilities of the Credit Controller: - Administrating: Clerical/Administrative functions - Communicating - Working with information: Estimating/Calculating Analyzing/ integrating/ interpreting - Receiving Information: Taking information from the senses - Working with information: Checking - Thinking creatively: Designing/Problem solving - Managing people Experience and skills required of our Credit Controller: Essential - GCSE English / Maths or equivalent Grade C or above, Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy - Experience with working with Microsoft Excel & Word Desirable - Relevant Financial qualification - Familiar with Unit 4 Business World - Experience of building and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and/or suppliers - Good working knowledge of student and tuition fee rules So if you would like to join our team as a Credit Controller then please click ‘apply’ today, we’d love to hear from you!
