Rents Administration Officer – Data Control
We are expanding our Rents team and have a new opportunity for a Rents Administration Officer specialising in Data Control. We are looking for someone with a flair for thinking outside the box and exceeding customer expectations. The successful candidate will display a 'can do' attitude and work proactively. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the integrity of our rents system to ensure that assurance is maintained on the accuracy and controls of all the customer accounts within the system and that all charges and payments are correctly applied. You will need to prepare regular information reports for monitoring performance of the Section and Service. Co-ordinate, monitor and collate all performance statistics, as required by the Company Performance Management Framework. You will also prepare ad-hoc reports to extract information from the rents system to help identify any emergency issues in the management of the service. The successful candidate must be able to interrogate the rents system to extract relevant information that will develop and support the work of the Rents Section. A high degree of IT skills will be needed to ensure that information is accurate and relevant. The data extracts will be utilised to develop regular information reports for the Section.
