This AIM listed business is committed to providing security and surveillance solutions to business’ and environments where the provision of these services are absolutely critical; they own cutting edge intellectual property and state of the art technology and provide their products and services to a wide variety of industries. This technology leader is renowned for its people-centric culture and creative intelligence, and is looking for a hands-on ICSA qualified individual to join their head office team in South Warwickshire. This role would be an excellent opportunity to directly contribute to the development of the Group at a key stage of its growth as a listed company. The successful person will have the opportunity to take real ownership of this role, with quick progression to assuming the full Company Secretary position in the near future. This is a diverse and exciting role, with responsibility for two direct reports and for managing relationships with the main board. This person will ideally come from a small listed company background, and will be experienced in advising on legal and corporate governance matters. This role will also have responsibility for organising PLC board meetings, the negotiation and co-ordination of the Group’s various insurance policies and advising on GDPR compliance. The successful individual will be responsible for legal and company secretarial Group policy and procedures, as well as leading from the front, with day-to-day practice and implementation. At present, the Group has six operational sites within the UK and five international sites, as well as various trading subsidiaries and around 50 dormant companies, all of which this role will oversee. The current annual revenue is in excess of £70 million, with around 500 employees, and has a market capitalisation exceeding £40 million. This role will play a pivotal part in this business continuing on its current growth trajectory, both through organic growth, but also through future acquisitions.
