I am currently recruiting on behalf of an exciting IT Solutions company base in Northwich. This company are looking for someone who is passionate for IT and would like to work on their Service Desk. The ideal candidate will have a bit of experience in IT and have knowledge of the different technologies about.

*First point of call for all customers
*Managing 1st line incidents
*Escalating issues to 2nd/3rd line teams
*Troubleshooting and basic administration
*IT Support relating to technical issues
