First Solution is a growing managed IT and cyber security service provider who isnow looking to grow its team with the appointment of a new 2nd Line Support Engineer.

Due to the unrelenting uptake of the cloud services within our customers so supporting an ever changing IT landscape, the 2nd Line Support roleis a critical to support the continued development of First Solution.

We will offer extensive on the job training, exposure to a broad portfolio of technologies, a varied and wide set of daily responsibilities coupled with a clearly defined career development path.

As 2nd Line Support engineer you will be responsible for:

Managing customer escalations and urgent activitiesManaging tier 2 ticketsPerforming daily BAU activitiesTaking part in scheduled professional services activitiesActing as an escalation point for 1st line supportYou will ideally come from background in IT support and operations with good experienceIT management coupled with exceptional problem solving and excellent technical knowledge.

Must have:

Working in managed IT services or similar environment.

Proactive approach to IT support, working with SLA

Experience in customer service

Proven problem solver.

A full, preferably clean driving licence is essential for the role.
