Role: 1st Line Helpdesk Support
Location: Milton Keynes
Duration: 2 months rolling (likely to extend)
Rate: £90 - £100 per day DOE

I'm currently recruiting for a 1st line Helpdesk Support candidate to join a leading & global organisation based in Milton Keynes. The business requires an experienced 1st Line Support helpdesk technician with experience working within an Internal Support Team.

Technical Experience beneficial to your application:
  • Windows 2008, Windows 7
  • Call Logging
  • Desktop Support
  • Good Telephone Manner
  • Active Directory
  • Dealing with 3rd parties
