Helpdesk Desk Analyst, 1st Line Support

6 Month contract

£market rate

Brighton, East Sussex

1st Line Support or Helpdesk Analyst required by a global company based just outside of Brighton.

This role is due to start asap and will help the client for at least 6 months while they have a large volume of work to get through.

Key duties in this Helpdesk role will include:
  • Troubleshooting PC issues
  • Setting up new users and installing updates
  • Working with non-technical users on 1st lien support issues, escalating where needed

This is a Windows environment and it is essential you have had experience of Active Directory and Exchange.

You will have exceptional customer service skills and be able to work via phone, email and deskside as needed.

This 1st line Helpdesk Support contract will run for a minimum of 6 months, so this is the perfect opportunity to rolling contract with a great business!
